A:  If you are looking for a way to stop UAC elevation prompts for a single application or game you can use this trick by locating the shortcut  for your application or game and do the following: Right click the shortcut and select "Properties"box Click "Advanced" near the bottom of the window Check the box labeled "Run as administrator" and hit "OK" Now the next time you load your application or game there should be no more UAC prompt. If you are still prompted w/ a UAC prompt requiring login credentials then you do not have sufficent account privelages and must change your account type to administrator.
